I'm taking an American Sign Language course, which I've really enjoyed. As part of the class, I have to have a bunch of hours of contact with actual, genuine, native speakers of the language, which means deaf people. So tomorrow I'm riding up to Silverdale to hang out with the North West Deaf Bikers Club at their annual rally. These are mostly Harley people. I'll be on the Conk, and the two guys I'm going with are on a CBR and a Ducati 996 (Lawyer, another reason to be an oligarch) it should be interesting.
So here is the wager: How many "Loud pipes save lives" stickers do you think I'll see?

The correct answer: 1.
It seems that deaf people think loud pipes are annoying, too. Seriously.
