A very large barrel of worms is opening, and spilling all over the courtroom floor. The consequenses will be very interesting, and may not be good, IMO.

Moral: People-- with money-- shouldn't fuck with each other on the internet if they want to avoid spending a lot of it on lawyers. Otherwise, who cares?
Precedent has been set for the "freedom" to net-goad a person to suicide. That's looking pretty hands off to me already...
Understand "your good name" isn't worth shit under the law *unless* tarnishing that "good name" can be proven to have cost you money. I.e. proven to be responsible for lost financially valuable opportunity; job offer, etc. None of slander/libel law really applies to the turnips of the world, particularly since you most likely will have to pay your way though civil court--lawyers don't typically offer "pay only if we win" deals on libel cases for peons (probably because libel insurance isn't such a big seller... ;D )
