Dunno if anybody else has an endorphin addiction like I do, but I'm pretty convinced I rarely get sick because I eat so many hot peppers. Chipotles, Jalapenos, Habaneros, all of 'em. It only takes me about three days to get through a whole jar of hot pickled peppers en escabeche. Carrots taste better when pickled with hot peppers.
It takes a really tough germ to handle it all. Peppers are full of vitamin C, but I think they eventually make your body toxic to invaders.

I love all things spicy.
I have 17? bottles of different types of hot sauce in the fridge right now. Eat enough spicy food and you feel high!

I don't like super hot peppers - when all you get is the burn, its too hot.
However, I do appreciate that lingering heat, watering eyes type of pepper. Especially in chili, after it sits for about two days :weneedadroolingicon:
